action lawsuits have been filed against T-Mobile in several states. So
far, the lawsuits have been on hold while the legality of the lawsuits
has been under question. T-Mobile's contracts state that customers
can't file class action suits, and have to use arbitration to settle
any issues. State and federal law clash over the use of such
preventative measures in contracts. Yesterday, the Supreme Court sided
with consumers, and will allow the class action lawsuits to move
